Professor at the School of Government and associate researcher at the Energy Center of the Universidad de Chile. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Geography from the University of Manchester, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the Universidad de Chile.
Research Area: Global value chains of critical minerals in South America, focusing on industrial policy, labor regimes, and urban-regional processes.
