Assistant professor and Asian Studies Program Coordinator, Institute of International Studies of Universidad de Chile. Andrés has a PhD in International Politics from the University of Fudan, China. His areas of research include China’s foreign policy, and relations between Chile and China. Currently, he is studying the perceptions of local elites on relations with China.
