The ICLAC Millennium Nucleus and the National Museum of Natural History National Museum of Natural History invite you to participate in the event "Dialogue: The Chinese in the War of the Pacific," to be held on Saturday, September 2nd, at 11:00 hrs at the MNHN.
The event will feature Heidi Tinsman, Professor at the Universidad de California Irvine, and will be moderated by ICLAC researchers María Montt and Carol Chan. María Montt and Carol Chan. This activity is part of the exhibitionThe Journey of Guan Gong", a free and open exhibition that addresses topics such as migration, religious practices, and cultural diversity in relation to Chinese migrant communities in Chile. The curatorial work for this exhibition was carried out by Carol Chan and María Montt, together with Francisco Garrido of the MNHN.
